We're Joanna and Emily, experienced Independent Midwives and mothers ourselves. With Riverside Midwives, you receive dedicated maternity care throughout your pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Joanna leads our antenatal and birth care, and we both support you through the early weeks with your baby. Every family we work with receives support built on trust, choice and continuity of care.

As International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), we provide compassionate, personalised feeding support in the early weeks and beyond with your baby. Emily now also practises independently as Emily Clark IBCLC, offering specialist infant feeding and tongue tie support. We continue to work closely together on postnatal care, so families benefit from our combined expertise.

Based in Windsor, we support families across Berkshire, Surrey, South Buckinghamshire and West London. Whether you're planning a home birth or receiving care through your chosen NHS maternity unit, we can work alongside your maternity team to provide personalised continuity of care.
